Tokui (徳井) is a member of Nadeshiko Matsudaira's police force.
Appearance[]
Tokui appears as an old man of average height with short light hair and he is often seen walking with a slight hunch.
Tokui wears a blue short-sleeved police uniform. He often has a toothpick in his mouth.

History[]
Tokui, along with the rest of the Nadeshiko Matsudaira's police force, helped Shidō Mizuki to raise Mina Tatebayashi and Kana Tatebayashi after their parents died.

Abilities[]
Expert Marksman: Tokui is shown to be capable of aiming accurately toy gun and he is able to use a sniper rifle to hit a target over 100 meters away.

Etymology[]
- The surname Tokui means "virtue, ethics" (徳) (toku) and "" (井) (i).
Trivia[]
- Tokui, Takao and Nadeshiko makes a brief cameo during the credit sequence of the final episode of Hana no Uta along with Rokkaku, Iruka Kujouin and Murasaki Iyo.
